IMPORTANT! ALL children are required to where the camp T-shirt for safety and security reasons. One t-shirt is provided with initial registration (one shirt per child, not per registered week). Additional t-shirts may be purchased here.

Camper Paperwork

  • Camp is offered for Kindergarten graduates (rising 1st grade) through rising 6th grade students.

  • No, lunch and snacks are not included. Camper will need to bring a water bottle, two snacks, and a lunch everyday.

  • Summer Camp will be held at Memorial Baptist Church located at 3455 N Glebe Rd
    Arlington, VA 22207

  • Camp hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.

  • Summer camp will be running for nine weeks this summer:

    Session 1*: June 16-20

    *there will be no camp on June 19h in observance of the holiday.

    Session 2: June 23-27

    Session 3*: June 30- July 3
    *there will be no camp on July 4th in observance of the holiday.

    Session 4: July 7-11

    Session 5: July 14-18

    Session 6: July 21- 25

    Session 7: July 28- Aug 1

    Session 8: Aug 4-8

    Session 9: Aug 11-15

    We are gauging interest on the week of August 18, please indicate your interest on your camp registration form.

  • Yes, camp will be closed on June 19 and July 4.

  • I acknowledge and understand that after April 30, 2025, there will be no refunds or credits given for any changes to registration. This includes illness, work/vacations, or other changes. Changes or cancellations can be made between the registration date and April 30, 2025 without penalty.

  • Campers must complete all paperwork, including the Virginia School Entrance Health Form no later than May 31st, 2025. Camper paperwork can be found and completed at https://www.littleambassadorsacademy.com/camper-paperwork

  • YES! Since Ambassadors’ Adventure Camp is located off-site, for safety and security reasons ALL campers must wear their camp t-shirt each day. One t-shirt per child will be included with initial registration. For example, if you register for 3 weeks, you will receive one free shirt (not 3). Additional shirts may be purchased here.

  • Yes! Ambassadors Adventure Camp is brought to you by the same dedicated team behind Little Ambassadors Academy. Many of our same trusted year-round educators and staff oversee all camp activities, ensuring each child receives the same level of care and attention our families have come to expect at Little Ambassadors Academy.
